Deceased digital continuity
Continuity route
authority → device → corpus → answerOperating principle
X-Orb never claims a lock bypass. It routes only to authorized paths: an existing debugging channel, an official recovery route, or a certified forensic adapter. Every gate is logged. The corpus is sealed with the case certificate.
Credible certificate & consent
A DeckerGUI credible certificate binds the operator, the device, and the case. No certificate means no eKYC, no device scan, and no corpus.
eKYC · Surat Kematian
Upload the death certificate. OCR extracts the deceased name, NRIC, and date of death. The 1-day post-death validity rule is evaluated before the JEV gate.
JEV · NRIC relation gate
The mini RULESET corpus compares the relative NRIC with the deceased NRIC. Both must agree before the case can proceed to the JPN submission gate.
Device router
The router checks the connected phone. If USB debugging is already enabled, it routes to ADB logical acquisition. If not, it routes to authorized forensic escalation — never a silent bypass.
USB debugging ON
ADB logical acquisition adapter.
standbyUSB debugging OFF
Certified forensic escalation adapter.

Deceased X-Orb corpus
Time-boxed chatbox
The family can query the deceased corpus for critical details. Replies are voiced through a persona built from the indexed messages, WhatsApp text, and note patterns — so you can hear how the deceased actually wrote, not a generic assistant. The window is finite: 30 minutes, 5 hours, or 7 weeks. Every answer is logged.
